I camped about 15 km outside of Bilbao, in the seaside community of Sopelana. Happily, the beach was only a 5 minute walk (at night, I could hear the surf crashing in my tent – so relaxing!) so I spent a sunny afternoon begging out on the beach people-watching and relaxing in the sand.
